Digital Products (PDF poetry collections)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items, as they cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery of your digital file and you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link has been delivered.

All collections are delivered as PDF files. Please make sure your device can open PDF files before purchasing.

Please double-check your email address at checkout — your download link is sent there.

Technical issues

If you don't see your download link, please check your spam or junk folder first — that's where it usually hides.

If you still experience a problem (corrupted file, broken link, or a link that never arrived), please contact us at love.lilya@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
